It was a good, just that is a little bit old and needs maintenance. The smells were a little discomforting but it was overall a good hotel for the price. They offered shuttle service but if you arrive after 10pm you are out of luck. The personnel tried their best. For the price is a good value.
Stayed here for business! Great central location to the financial district. Close to the city. The rooms were fine. Pool was nice and heated, surprisingly deep too. Gym had nice equipment and was clean. The one thing I will caution you on, the water from the shower is the hottest I’ve ever came across. There has to be some sort of faulty thermostat, because no way water coming out of the shower should be that hot. Otherwise, decent stay.
I absolutely loved my stay at Four Points by Sheraton Tampa. The place is clean, comfortable, and very relaxing, perfect after a long trip. The food was really good, and dining there felt cozy and enjoyable. What truly made the experience special was the welcoming and kind staff. Everyone was friendly, but a special mention to the older lady in the dining are, she was incredibly warm, attentive, and made me feel genuinely cared for. Small gestures like that make a big difference and really leave a lasting impression. Overall, it felt like a home away from home. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again.
While attending a trade conference in the area I stayed here and really enjoyed the hotel. Marriott does a great job with the restaurant food, bar, lobby and rooms. I really enjoyed the sound of water the water falls and the palm trees and lighting which sets a relaxing mood. I was pleased with the layout of the room and the bed was very comfortable. The bar staff served up some great pizza and the drafts were great and very affordable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with the points and the bill while checking out and they worked it out quickly. I hope they will greet me again soon. Enjoy
Rooms were clean, big enough for a family of 5. Pool was awesome but, the music was loud and not to pleasant it needed to be more classical or something soft, but the kids loved the heated pool! A plus!. Location is great. Loved the walk through to get to your rooms it was simply beautiful.
The Hotel was nice, everything was decent. You could tell it was older, and changed slightly inside. Close to Tampa and activities. Restaurant had a good Breakfast. Only real complaint was the Ice machines on my floor hadn’t worked for a while, was a slight inconvenience for someone older.
My stay was great. The staff went out of their way to make accommodations and ensure that everything was above expectations. I will definitely be back and recommend this hotel to others. 10/10
Okay for the price. Rooms are renovated but their age, low popcorn ceilings, and the cold white lighting leaves them feeling cheap. The service and atrium were outstanding and helped save the experience. The alarm from the prior guests went off at 5 AM and didn't help things.
